Routine, routine.

Life's been a boring routine starting from 730am every day.

Wake up-wash up-change-go to work-work-eat lunch-work-(variable).

That's right, it only gets exciting and meaningful after work. I got to meet up with my JC classmates to celebrate a friend's birthday, shopping, eat dinner with weiwei and watch movie.

I went to watch Da Vinci Code, and contrary to most critics and reviews, I find the movie well done and faithful to the original book, albeit for the slight difference in stand and content. Overall, it was good. I have been looking forward to see the story visually and physically, and Im glad the movie did justice to the book. =)

Today, it was really a relaxing day for me. I got to wake up later than usual, made breakfast for myself and brother, went to meet weiwei for lunch, shopped for a pair of heels and bought the VCD of Sympathy for Lady Vengence by Lee Young Ae. After doing some house chores, I sat down to watch the VCD. It was very abstract but artistically done, although there were really violent scenes. The movie's really very dark and somewhat sadistic. But I really love the overall feeling of it. Lee Young Ae's acting is really good. I haven't watched a lot of korean movies, but none of them has ever disappointed me, regardless of whether it's horror, comedy or tearjerkers. Haha. Korean movies, or at least the ones I've watched before, have a deeply seeded theme and solid storyline that really moves me. They also use great music which are touching and highly appropriate for the ambience of the movies. =) It is the same for Japanese movies. The use of music never fails to touch me.

Alright, it's back to the boring routine again. Work, work and work. There'll be auditions for me on Wed during choir prac (due to my 2-mth absence) to see if Im able to sing for sat's concert. Hope I pass it... =) Other than that, there'll be a rehearsal on Thus afternoon. I gotta eat dinner with my aunt for Mon and Tues cuz my parents are not in town. So Im only officially free on Friday night. Damn.

Laters.
